At Adimo Tech, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process designed to protect your investment while complying with standard e-commerce regulations.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window cannot be accepted for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a successful return and full product refund, your items must meet all of the following structural requirements:
- The item must be unopened, unused, un-assembled, and uninstalled, remaining in the exact condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging, complete with all hardware, components, instructions, and protective wraps fully intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (such as your Adimo Tech order number or original email invoice).
3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any hidden handling or restocking fees ($0.00).
- Return Shipping Responsibility: Return freight and shipping costs are the exclusive responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made a fulfillment error (e.g., sending the wrong item). Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Warranty Items: Defects in manufacturing discovered after assembly or use are covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Adimo Tech will gladly assist you in filing claims directly with the manufacturer to ensure your parts or systems are replaced under warranty.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow this standard protocol to return an item:
- Contact our customer care division directly at support@adimotech.us to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return meets our criteria, our team will issue an official authorization, along with the precise warehouse return address and detailed freight handling instructions.
- Securely pack the product back into its original shipping pallet or box.
- Please do not mail items back to our physical corporate office address or back to the manufacturer without prior written authorization from Adimo Tech. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
5. Damages, Defect Inspections, and Shipping Errors
Please inspect your shipment thoroughly immediately upon arrival. If an item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@adimotech.us or call (214) 851-8958. We will evaluate the issue and coordinate replacement parts, manufacturer warranty priority, or immediate correction of a shipping error at no additional cost to you.
- Outer Packaging Wear: Damage or scuffing strictly to the outer cardboard packaging or transit pallets does not qualify as grounds for a product return or refund. Packaging is structurally engineered to absorb impact during heavy freight transit. Only verifiable damage to the actual internal product qualifies for immediate parts replacement or warranty consideration.
6. Strict Policy Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances due to their customized nature and safety profiles:
- Assembled or Installed Items: Products that have been completely or partially assembled, anchored, installed, or modified cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Custom or special-order configurations (such as personalized commercial playgrounds) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced.
- Missing Packaging: Any item that is missing its original box, packing inserts, or factory sealing cannot be restocked or returned.
7. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return is delivered to our authorized fulfillment center, it will be inspected by our warehouse team within 3 business days. We will send you an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or denied based on its condition.
- Approved Returns: The refund will be credited back automatically to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or Stripe).
- Bank Processing Window: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your financial institution or credit card issuer to clear the funds and post the transaction to your account balance.
